Yes, and those early woofers that used 1 piece cones with paper surrounds used a dust cap with a smaller vent than we're used to seeing on the later style woofers.

These are faithful reproductions of the originals(dunno about the impedance tho), and they sound wonderful from what i am told: Altec 515 604 Cone Paper Set Pair New | eBay

They say they are 20 ohm kits... and sold for $510 holy moly..
